House rules
- No parties / no loud celebrations — quiet get-together only.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am (please respect the neighbors).
- Max occupancy: only the number of guests on the reservation; no extra visitors without prior approval.
- Smoking: not allowed inside; only on the balcony (please keep doors/windows closed).
- No open flames: no candles, no fire.
- Do not move furniture (to protect floors and inventory).
- Treat the games, books, equipment and furnishings with care; report any damage immediately.
- Checkout basics: load dishes into the dishwasher, separate trash, and leave the space reasonably tidy.
- Before leaving: close windows, turn off A/C and lights, and make sure the door is fully closed/locked.
